The Mauritius Network Information Centre is the administrator and self-regulatory policy body for the .mu ccTLD.

MU-NIC is responsible for the management of the .mu zone file, ensuring it is accurate, up to date and continuously available. MU-NIC achieves this through the technical management of multiple name servers that make up the .mu Domain Name System infrastructure. MU-NIC oversees and deploys technologies and initiatives as appropriate in the .mu name space.
